Community Education Group launched the Rubberman campaign in 2009, to inspire members of our community to wear condoms and protect themselves from HIV and STDs.

More than just a character, wherever you see Rubbernan, you can get free condoms!

CEG distributes condoms at over 175 locations throughout the city – and most of them have a small rubberman sticker indicating they support the cause and carry a condom bucket. 

So, keep a look out for rubberman, and stay safe!
