Operations and Administrative Coordinator 

Community Education Group (CEG) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Operations and Administrative Coordinator to support the organization’s day-to-day
administrative, operational, and executive support functions.

This position combines two areas of need. The first is direct support to organizational leadership,
including meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, partner coordination, and event and travel
logistics. The second is operational administration, including state registration and compliance
tracking, training participant and vendor payment administration, and personnel and onboarding
record keeping

Senior CBA Lead 

Community Education Group (CEG) seeks an experienced and highly skilled Senior Capacity
Building Assistance (CBA) Lead to provide specialized, high-level technical assistance to state
and local health departments, community-based organizations, and rural partners.

The Senior CBA Lead will conduct organizational assessments, develop tailored TA plans, and
deliver targeted training and technical assistance to strengthen HIV prevention, treatment, PrEP
implementation, and overall organizational capacity among CDC-funded health departments,
community-based organizations, and their partners. The Senior CBA Lead will provide
evidence-based strategies and federally approved resources to support service integration for
HIV prevention/treatment, sexually transmitted infections (STI), other syndemic conditions and
social determinants of health (SDOH) at the point of care.
